Transparence sunshine sheet has high transparency,it will not lianle to degraded for longterm using.Color sunshine sheet is able to prevent the ultraviolet radiation,and make the ray become soft.

Light Weight:
Sunshine sheet (hollow sheet)is light,about 1/12 of the same thickness glass,and solid sheet is 1/2 of the same thickness glass.For its light,high rigidity,show its fuction of easy installation,which could save the cost of installation effectively.　

High Impact Resistance:
PC is one of the best impact resistance in the thermoplastic,and the PC sunshine sheet is good for impact resistance,beside s,it also could keep the good impact resistance for a longtime under the condition of temperature between -40-120oC.

Heat Insulation:
Sunshine sheet for its hollow structure,so its heat insulation is better than other solid building material,well-known by its energy saving material.Compare to 6mm thickness glass,the 6mm of hollow sheet could reduce temperature to 40-50oC.Therefore,the production cost of hollow sheet is lower than double floors of glass,more light and lower maintenance cost.Sunshine sheet can be adapt to different kinds of bad weather change from chilliness to high temperature,low embrittlement temperature is-100oC,high softening temperature is 146oC,long-term bearing capacity allow temperature is -40oC-120oC,short-term bearing temperature is -100oC-135oC.

Sound Insulation
Sunshine sheet and solid sheet both have excellent sound insulation,are the preferred material in the international freeway.For example 10mm thickness hollow sheet could attenuate 20db,6mm solid sheet could attenuate 31db.

Flame and Fireproofing Retardance
Sunshine sheet have excellent fire retardance,tested by the National Fire Center Quality Supervision,Inspection and Construction Materials,based on GB8624-1997 standard, the burning properties of flame retardant reach to B1 level.Product spontaneous combustion temperature is 630oC.In addition,sunshine sheet will not the forment spread of flame under the blazing burning,and it will not engender smother and poisonous gas during burning.And the fire will die after away from the tinder.All this show that sunshine sheet has excellent flame retardance,and it owns a highly reputation in the several important fireprooofing experimentations in the developed countries.

Machinability (Cold Bending)
Sunshine sheet could be bending installation,and hollow sheet should be install follow the bending way.

The Storeage of Chaoya PC sheets:
Should not put somenthing heavy on the PC sheets during transportation,and keep the sheets away from something sharp.The roll sheets must be handled by machine,or using springboard to load it carefully.Besides,PC sheets should not stored in open-air yard,but stored in a shade.

The Cutting of Chaoya PC sheets:
Sunshine sheets could be cut by sharp wall paper,and solid sheets could be cut by hand.Attention that must fixup the sheets first when cutting,so as to prevent sheets avulsion in case fierce shaking.

The installation of Chaoya PC sheets:
Before installation,asure the side with printing mark is the UV resistant surface and should be against the sun.
Seal end all the holes of PC sheets with EPOM.
During inatallation,the worker could not stand on the PC sheets.
Clean the sundries on the PC sheets after finish installation.

The maintenance of Chaoya PC sheets：
Using the right way and appropriate tools to clean the sheets can extend the life of PC sheets.

For small area:
1)To wash with slightly warm fresh water.
2)TO wash with neutral soap or household cleaner together with slightly warm fresh water,remove dust and stain with soft fabric or sponge.
3)To wash with cold water and then wipe off water spots with cloth.

For large area:
1)Washing with water faucet or water blast gun
2)The adjunction in the water should be compatible with PC sheets.

Cleaning Notice Use:
It’s prohibited to polish the sheet or clean it with strong alkali,to brush the surface with hard cloth or a hard brush to prevent napping,or to clean UV resistant sheet with butylcellosolve or isopropyl alcohol.

Suggested Cleaning Solvent:Absolute alcohol, Petroleum ether(BP65), Ethane
